1. The trolley's movement and furnace door lifting are both electric, with low labor intensity;

2. The furnace lining adopts a new type of composite lining, which has less heat accumulation and uniform heating. Compared with the old product, it saves more than 20% energy;

3. Large trolley furnaces are equipped with electric heating elements on the furnace door and rear wall, and the uniformity of furnace temperature is better than the specified values of international military and navigation standards;
4. A special sealing structure is used between the furnace door and the panel, which reduces heat and atmosphere losses and ensures stable furnace gas;

5. According to different user requirements, circulating fans and air guiding systems can be added;
6. The trolley can be made into a hydraulic or mechanical tilting type, which is easy to operate;
The 7.1200 ℃ furnace uses a specially designed high-temperature and high resistance electric heating alloy as the heating element, with a long service life;
8. The automatic sealing device for the trolley and furnace body is novel, well-designed, practical, and safe;
9. Effective sealing measures, low oxidation devices, and anti-seepage and anti brittle electric heating elements can be used to ensure the achievement of low oxidation;
