Double helix dimensional mixer

The reasonable rotational speed of the two asymmetric screw shafts inside the mixer lifts the material upwards, forming two asymmetric screw shaped material flows along the cylinder arm from bottom to top. At the same time, the rotating arm drives the spiral to revolve around the entire circumference of the simplified structure, causing the material at the spiral to enter the envelope of the screw to varying degrees. Some of the material is displaced and lifted, while others are thrown out of the screw, thus achieving continuous updating and diffusion of the material in all circumferential directions. The two streams of material lifted up converge towards the central cavity, forming a downward material flow that supplements the bottom cavity, thus creating a convective cycle. Due to the composite operation mentioned above, the material is uniformly mixed in a short period of time with high mixing accuracy. For materials that require liquid mixing, the liquid is input through the rotary joint and sprayed evenly into the material running in the cylinder through the pipeline nozzle.
