Overview
The double-layer full temperature oscillation shaker is made of cold-rolled steel plate, with an electrostatic spraying process on the surface, a stainless steel inner liner, and a polyurethane foam insulation layer. The transparent window is made of double-layer glass to ensure the insulation performance inside the box (low temperature incubators and BOD incubators that require no light transmission do not have glass windows). There are cold and hot air flow ducts inside the box to ensure smooth gas circulation and more uniform temperature inside the box.

1. The outer box of this equipment is made of cold-rolled steel plate, with an electrostatic spraying process on the surface. The inner box is made of stainless steel, and the insulation layer is formed by polyurethane foam. The transparent window is made of double-layer glass to ensure the insulation performance inside the box (low temperature incubators and BOD incubators that require no light transmission do not have glass windows). 2. The temperature control system of the equipment utilizes advanced electronic circuits for intelligent application, achieving analog control. Adopting a self-adjusting PID system, the heating execution system adopts "zero crossing" contactless switch circuit technology, thus achieving pulse width modulation heating, making its temperature control fluctuation range less than or equal to 1 ℃.

Instructions for Use

1. Usage conditions: Environmental temperature: 10-30 ℃; No strong light, no strong corrosive gases, good ventilation, relative humidity below 85%; Power supply: 200V ± 10%, 50HZ. Capacity not less than 1KW, equipped with a grounded power socket;

2. Usage: Power on: Insert the three pin plug into the power socket, set the power switch on the panel to the "on" position, and the instrument will display a number indicating that the device has entered the working state.

3. Set the experimental temperature according to the temperature setting method (temperature control manual attached), and start working after the temperature is constant.

4. When oscillation is required, turn on the oscillation switch, press the △ and ▽ keys on the speed controller to set the speed, press the RUN key to turn on the RUN light, and the oscillation slowly starts to the set speed. During operation, you can press. Press the △ and ▽ keys to adjust the speed. To stop, press the stop button and the STOP light will turn on.
