The double louvered baffle door can ensure zero permeability of the desulfurization flue and enable maintenance of desulfurization equipment during normal boiler operation. It consists of two rows of blades, arranged in a shared frame behind one another. When the baffle door is closed, a sealed space is formed between the blades. The sealed air with a pressure greater than the flue gas enters this space after heating and filtering, ensuring a good sealing effect.

Another characteristic of the louvered shutter door is that the optimized design of the shutter blades overlaps into a streamlined shape after opening, thereby reducing pressure loss, which is generally less than 50Pa.

The entire design work of the smoke baffle door adopts new engineering design methods such as computer-aided design (CAD/CPP/CAE), and uses finite element method to calculate the flow field, sealing system, baffle door stiffness and deformation. The product has advantages such as high sealing, low flow resistance, streamlined appearance, low maintenance, and outstanding control performance.
