DPI104-IS adopts advanced silicon technology and is a high-precision, multifunctional, and economical digital pressure gauge. DPI104 can be used as a standalone process pressure indicator or in conjunction with widely validated hand pumps, providing users with a reliable and cost-effective solution in the field of pressure measurement.

In addition to digital pressure indication, the DPI 104 LCD also includes a circular bar chart with 20 sub segments, allowing users to quickly visually estimate the pressure output from 0 to 100% full-scale. The increment of the bar chart is 5% of the user's selection range.

DPI 104 has the function of switch testing, which can capture and display the pressure values when the external pressure switch is opened and closed. *The impedance of the large switch is 200 Ω.

An analog output signal of 0-5V can be programmed to be proportional to the pressure displayed on the monitor, or set to a constant value. The voltage output mode provides 0.1% FS accuracy for 50 mV~5 V.

The alarm output node is implemented through open leakage field-effect transistor (* high current 250mA, * high voltage 24VDC)

For added convenience, the casing of DPI 104 can rotate around the pressure pipe joint by 320 °, and the front disc can also be rotated to any position for the best viewing angle.

Can prevent unauthorized menu access and settings.

Provide serial communication function, data can be transmitted to PC through the optional serial communication cable (IA4090-2-V0). Using this communication cable, all menu commands and display data can be released through ASCII instruction set or the optional SiCal Pro software.

Supports up to 99 DPI 104 devices connected together through a daisy chain network connection

DPI 104 is equipped with one 9V alkaline battery, model MN1604. If used for 1 hour a day, the battery life is approximately 6 months. To improve power supply performance, it is recommended to use 9V lithium batteries (not provided by GE).
