6、 The process flow of lime dosing device.

1. Feeding: The lime powder from the lime tanker is transported into the lime silo through the feed inlet under positive pressure.

The warehouse is equipped with a dust collector, safety valve, level gauge, and arch breaking device. The gas fed into the positive pressure of the dust collector is separated from the lime powder to ensure that the equipment does not become stuffy and dust does not leave the equipment. The safety valve is mainly used to prevent the material bin from being damp and unstable when the ventilation of the dust collector is not good. The main function of the level gauge is to indicate the level of the material in the silo, prevent excessive feeding, and timely feed when the material is insufficient.

2. Lime milk configuration: Use a screw conveyor to quantitatively transport the lime milk to the lime milk dissolution tank, while adding water in proportion and preparing it with lime milk of appropriate solubility.

3. Transportation: The prepared lime milk is added to the addition point through a lime milk pump.
