1. Working principle
Dual rotor flowmeterIt belongs to the positive displacement flowmeter, which is composed of a closed cavity (shaded area in the figure) formed by the slot part of the spiral rotor (measuring element) and the inner wall of the measuring box as the measuring chamber. The rotor can output 8 times the volume of the cavity per revolution. Therefore, the fluid flow rate is proportional to the speed of the spiral rotor, and the cumulative number of rotor revolutions is converted into the measurement of fluid flow rate (see figure).

2. Structure:
Dual rotor flowmeterIt mainly consists of a body, a pair of spiral rotors, a magnetic coupling, a reduction mechanism, an adjusting gear, a counter, and a signaling device. The number of revolutions of the spiral rotor is transmitted to the meter counter through a reduction mechanism composed of a magnetic coupling and a series of gears. Magnetic couplings are mainly composed of active magnetic steel and passive magnetic steel.
