This testing system is commonly used for dynamic and static mechanical performance and life testing of various metal, non-metal, composite materials, biomaterials and other products. It can provide accurate test results for dynamic and static testing and is suitable for testing a large number of materials or components. The linear electric actuator provides high repeatability of dynamic and static driving, and the large diameter double column and sturdy frame structure ensure high rigidity of the whole machine. Coupled with imported dynamic force sensors, it ensures accurate force measurement; Equipped with a high-resolution digital encoder to ensure accurate control and measurement of sample position and testing stroke, coupled with high-performance control components, it can achieve control of square wave, sine wave, trapezoidal wave, triangular wave, and any waveform;

Machine structure

The system adopts a portal loading host, a double column portal design, an upper crossbeam cross structure, manual locking, and electric lifting. (The lifting is equipped with a foolproof device, and the crossbeam lifting cannot be started when the crossbeam locking device is not released.) The operating table is uniformly distributed with horizontal and vertical T-shaped slots, and the spacing and specifications can be customized according to requirements, making it convenient to fix the sample (the center position can be increased with threaded holes according to customer needs for easy installation of fixtures or samples). There are 4 shockproof foot cups installed at the bottom, which are convenient for users to move and combine;

Control and acquisition system

1. The control software runs on the Windows platform and has an intuitive and convenient human-machine dialogue interface;

2. Data processing method: The computer screen displays the test parameters, automatically depicts the test curve, and processes data according to various standard requirements for relevant tests;

3. According to the test requirements, set the test parameters, test conditions, and control the testing machine to automatically conduct the test;

4. By using control software, process parameters such as amplitude, load, and frequency can be adjusted to establish test plans, and each test plan can be saved for easy reuse of commonly used plans;

5. Through software, the position of the actuator can be easily controlled, and the installation and preparation of the test piece can be carried out;

6. During the experiment, real-time display of control signal (force, displacement) waveforms, as well as feedback signal (force, displacement) waveforms and values, can be achieved

7. The software can automatically collect test data at the specified time according to user requirements during the experimental process;

8. Test reports can be generated automatically or manually in Word format;

9. It can store commands and feedback data for various control channels according to user needs. After the experiment is completed, the experiment process can be reproduced, and the system can automatically convert the data into Excel format or other specified formats, making it convenient for users to use other standards

15. Equipped with static and dynamic testing functions, dynamic testing can achieve square wave, sine wave, trapezoidal wave, triangular wave, and custom waveform control;

Static testing can achieve single tensile or compressive testing, with optional loading methods of force value or displacement speed. Testing can be stopped when a specified force value or displacement or sample fracture is specified;

Static testing can achieve single stretch or compression hold testing, with optional loading methods such as force value or displacement speed. When the target set value is reached, the test can be held. After the hold time is reached, the test can be stopped and returned to the initial testing point according to actual needs;

Fault and status prompts

The device is equipped with a three color sound and light alarm to indicate testing, standby, and fault states;

When waiting for startup or completion of operation, the red light stays on for a long time;

During normal operation, the green light remains on continuously;

When there is an emergency stop or equipment malfunction alarm, the yellow light stays on and the buzzer sounds intermittently.

Emergency stop protection

The equipment is equipped with an emergency stop button, which can be pressed in case of malfunction or necessity to achieve an emergency stop;

Beam adjustment

The adjustment of the crossbeam is driven by an electric motor, and the ball screw is used to achieve lifting. (The lifting is equipped with a foolproof device. When the crossbeam locking device is not released, the crossbeam lifting cannot be started, and the test cannot be started when the crossbeam is released.)
