The Fule dynamic fracture image analyzer is suitable for measuring and analyzing the fracture surface, notch, expansion value, crack length, Brinell hardness, Vickers hardness, line, angle, center of circle, rectangle, and other parameters of metal material drop hammer (DWTT) and pendulum impact specimens. By using its specific electronic optical sampling system, the fracture morphology of the impact specimen can be sampled in real-time across the entire field of view, enabling the measurement of the fiber ratio of the fracture surface of the hammer and pendulum impact specimen.

The Fule dynamic fracture image analyzer uses a microscope lens, camera, and acquisition card to automatically obtain images of the fracture surface of the impact specimen. The Fule fully automatic fracture image analyzer can complete fracture analysis and measurement in dynamic tearing and drop hammer dynamic tearing experiments, as well as test the fiber ratio and lateral expansion value of impact specimens, and test the crack length in fracture toughness specimens. It can also measure the lateral expansion value, impact fracture fiber ratio, DWTT fracture fiber ratio, DT fracture fiber ratio, fracture crack length measurement of fracture mechanics specimens, dynamic fracture mechanics KId crack length measurement, and dynamic fracture mechanics JIc crack length measurement.
