E18+high-resolution small character inkjet printer
This machine is a new type of coding machine designed specifically for special products such as non-woven fabrics, filter paper, and woven bags. Its appearance solves the technical problem of ordinary coding machines encountering the inability to print on the above-mentioned materials. The non-woven fabric coding machine can print high-resolution fonts or dot fonts, and it can print trademarks, production dates, and product serial numbers.
It consists of three parts: nozzle, host, and bracket. The nozzle is made of 304 stainless steel, and the host is equipped with a display and a Chinese and English operation keyboard. The bracket is equipped with an adjuster that can adjust the height according to customer needs.
Operation steps:
1. Connect the data cable of the inkjet printer to the computer
2. Insert the inkjet printer CD and open the editing page to edit the desired printing content.
3. The thumb forcefully squeezes the inkjet printer ink cartridge, causing ink droplets to appear from the nozzle
4. Spray cleaning agent on the nozzle and dry the nozzle with a damp cloth
5. Put the product into the conveyor system and start trial spraying
6. Check the printing effect, and if it is normal, proceed with batch printing
Note: The non-woven fabric coding machine needs to be used together with a synchronizer when printing rolls of non-woven fabric or filter paper. If fixed length printing is required, a meter counter must also be used to complete it together.
