The EP-7000/EP6000 series electric valve positioner is the latest technology introduced from abroad. The new product successfully developed by our factory. Its technical performance has reached the level of similar foreign products. It is used in conjunction with pneumatic control valves, pneumatic ball valves, pneumatic butterfly valves, etc., to convert the DC current signal of the electric regulator into pneumatic pressure, control the valve action, and provide feedback based on the displacement or angle of the valve, thus forming a closed-loop control loop to improve the control accuracy of the valve. Overcome the friction between the genuine material box and the valve stem. Overcome the unbalanced force of the medium pressure difference on the valve and improve the valve action speed. It can achieve segmented control (amplitude signal), change the valve's operating mode, and control various types of pneumatic actuators with non-standard operating pressure.

Characteristics
1. Wide applicability: The amplifier of this locator is suitable for both single acting and double acting actuators.
2. The pneumatic power is high, the action speed is fast, the force balance adopts multiple circuits, it is not easy to oscillate, and the action performance is stable.
3. This locator has a positive and negative action mode, which can be easily exchanged, installed, and calibrated.
4. The constant throttle hole of a typical locator often becomes blocked, resulting in many abnormal operations of the locator. However, the constant throttle hole mechanism designed and manufactured in this locator has a needle that can move, making it convenient to release the through hole and keep the working air path unobstructed.
5. Has good composite explosion-proof function: Due to the reliable explosion-proof structure of the coil components and junction box, and the modular design of each mechanism, this product has good composite explosion-proof function. It also has intrinsic safety type "i" (Exd Ⅱ CT6) and explosion-proof type "d" (Exd Ⅱ BT6).

8. Easy to calibrate and install: This locator can adjust the zero point without opening the housing, and the stroke range is easy to adjust with a wide range. The locator case (cover) is fastened with two stainless steel screws, which are reliable and easy to install and open. The screws of the case (cover) are not scattered or stuck. There are screw holes for installation on the bottom of the locator and installation plates for transitional connections as required, which can be easily installed for various pneumatic actuators.
