Mainly used in complex industrial environments and with multiple patented technologies, the IQ Power high-efficiency electrostatic elimination system provides superior electrostatic elimination performance. It can effectively eliminate static electricity on the surface of rolls and individual materials such as films, paper, non-woven fabrics, and fibers. It can achieve ultra long distance of 760mm and material surface electrostatic elimination up to 900m/min.
Provide up to 10 static elimination devices for monitoring Through a friendly interface and touch screen, parameters can be adjusted to make it easier for users to intuitively control the entire static elimination process. By clicking on the icon of each device on the global monitoring screen of the workbench, the working details of each device can be displayed, including system name, status, output and current, various detection values of each sensor of the static detection rod, and other information. It can also display the upper and lower limits of charge output.
The system includes several relay output signals, providing various alarm signals for pipeline services and improving production efficiency. Users can select signals such as alarm or fault status for a static elimination device globally or individually. Especially, the system can provide signals such as electrostatic detection alarm and fault signals. Once the static value is greater than the signal, the system will automatically output the relevant signal.
The console with an electrostatic detection system will display different background colors based on the electrostatic detection data and the set alarm and fault values. Gray represents that the electrostatic device is turned off, green represents the normal operation mode, yellow represents the alarm state, and the electrostatic measurement value is greater than the alarm setting. Red represents the fault state, and the electrostatic detection value is greater than the fault setting.
The workbench provides historical records, which is essential in many strict environments. Users can set event intervals according to their event recording needs, and output the recorded data through USB or Internet local area network. They can also read and transmit the recorded data to the PLC through various anybuses of the communication module. Customers can program and implement various data management functions they want based on the obtained data.
