It consists of an electric actuator and a shut-off valve. Suitable for high-pressure applications such as water supply and drainage, petrochemicals, metallurgy, etc. The valve body material variety is complete, and the packing and gasket can be reasonably selected according to actual working conditions or user requirements, which can be suitable for various pressure, temperature, and medium working conditions. Beautiful appearance and good sealing performance. According to different pressures and temperatures, special structures and corresponding seals can be used. The pressure test adopts 1.5 times the working pressure to ensure that the valve will not leak under the working pressure, and at the same time, the seal will not deform at the corresponding temperature, resulting in the phenomenon of incomplete sealing.

① The sealing surface of the valve disc and seat is made of hard welding, which is wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant, scratch resistant, and has a long service life.

② The valve stem material is nitriding steel, and the surface of the valve stem after nitriding has high hardness, wear resistance, abrasion resistance, and corrosion resistance.

③ Due to temperature, pressure, and other factors, valve bodies and covers with diameters below DN50 are made of forged parts, while valve bodies and covers with diameters above DN65 are made of cast steel.

④ The valve body material variety is complete, and the packing and gasket can be reasonably selected according to actual working conditions or user requirements, which can be applicable to various pressure, temperature, and medium working conditions.

⑤ When installing the valve, pay attention to the flow direction of the medium and install it strictly in the direction indicated by the valve flow arrow.

⑥ Electric globe valves should be installed vertically as much as possible, with the valve stem facing upwards.


3、 Installation instructions:

1. The perpendicularity between the flange surface on the piping and the centerline of the piping, as well as the error of the flange bolt holes, should be within the allowable range. The valve and piping centerline must be obtained before installation.
2. When tightening bolts, use a wrench that matches the nut. When using hydraulic or pneumatic tools for tightening, be careful not to exceed the specified torque.
3. When connecting two flanges, the first step is to evenly press the sealing surface of the flange against the gasket, ensuring that the flange is connected with equal bolt stress.
4. The fastening of flanges should avoid uneven force and should be tightened in a symmetrical and intersecting direction.
5. After installing the flange, it is necessary to confirm that all bolts and nuts are tightened evenly.
6. To prevent loosening caused by vibration when tightening bolts and nuts, washers should be used. To avoid adhesion between threads at high temperatures, anti adhesive should be applied to the threaded area during installation.

Power supply: Conventional, three-phase 380V (50Hz)
Special, three-phase 660V, 415V (50Hz, 60Hz);
Single phase 220V, 110V (50Hz, 60Hz)
Work environment:
Environmental temperature: -20~+60 ℃ (special orders -40~+80 ℃).
Relative humidity: ≤ 95% (at 25 ℃).
Protection type: Outdoor type used in places without flammable, explosive, and non corrosive media. There are two types of explosion-proof products, d Ⅰ and d Ⅱ BT4. d Ⅰ is suitable for non mining working faces in coal mines; DIIBT4 is used in factories and is suitable for explosive gas mixtures in environments of IIA and IIB levels T1 to T4. Protection level: IP55 (special orders IP65, IP67).
Work schedule: Short 10 minutes (30 minutes for special orders).
