Characteristics

1. A synchronous reverse motor with 220V AC voltage and a magnetic clutch.

A、 Adjustment of valve position transmission section

1. Place the A/M selector switch in the manual (M) position.

2. Take the larger value of input signal Iin to ensure that the disconnection indicator light (BRK) (red) is not on. If it still lights up when Iin=20mA, you can adjust the IS potentiometer. Clockwise, it can amplify Iin and make BRK not light up.

3. At this point, pressing the button DEC, INC can cause the actuator to move accordingly, reducing or increasing Iout.

4. If the upper and lower limit indicator lights (HL, LL) are on during the movement, the upper and lower limit setting potentiometers (HL, LL) should be adjusted accordingly. The limit bit value should be increased clockwise and decreased counterclockwise. To ensure that the actuator can move to the fully open and fully closed position.

5. Pressing buttons DEC and INC simultaneously will not cause damage, but the actuator will not operate, so only one should be pressed at a time.

6. When the button is pressed, the action indicator light (DOWN, UP) will light up. When in operation, press INC to turn on the UP light and press DEC to turn on the DOWN light. Press INC to turn on the DOWN light and press DEC to turn on the UP light during the reaction.

7. According to the fully open and fully closed positions indicated by the ruler, as well as the selection of positive and negative effects, Iout corresponds to 4mA or 20mA. If it is not accurate, the OS and OZ potentiometers can be adjusted. OZ is used for zero adjustment, i.e. at 4mA. OS is used for range adjustment, i.e. at 20mA. Turn Iout up when clockwise and down when counterclockwise.

8. OZ, the OS needs to be adjusted repeatedly until the Iout at the fully open and fully closed positions are accurate.

Product Features

This system is suitable for temperature control of fresh air units in air conditioning systems during winter/summer.

The air supply temperature control system consists of a temperature sensor TE-1, a proportional integral temperature controller TC-1, and an electric two-way regulating valve TV-1. The TE-1 installed in the air supply pipeline transmits the detected temperature signal to TC-1, which continuously compares the detected value of TE-1 with the set value and outputs signals to control the TV

The opening of TV-1 is continuously adjustable. Maintain the ambient temperature measured by TE-1 within the set temperature range.

When the temperature behind the coil is below a certain limit, the low-temperature protection switch TS-1 cuts off the power supply of the power supply motor, thereby closing the fresh air valve to prevent the water inside the coil from freezing and cracking.
