Electric wire drawing machine is used in screen printing to stretch and bond the mesh onto an aluminum frame to form a screen frame that can be used for screen printing. The process of pulling the mesh is carried out by using a high-power motor to drive the spindle and the gearbox to drive the T-shaped screw rod to move the aluminum alloy chuck back and forth, left and right to complete the pulling action, saving time and effort. Multiple mesh frames can be operated simultaneously, with high efficiency, saving mesh yarn, and uniform tension. The main body of the equipment is made of thick walled square steel pipes welded together, and the surface is treated with high-temperature spraying, which has high structural strength and is not easily deformed and durable; A T-shaped screw with a diameter of 40mm, combined with a nut, can ensure that the mesh is pulled under high tension without deformation. The control part adopts PLC as the main control unit and is equipped with a remote control for mesh control, which is easy to operate, learn and use.
Features of the equipment
1. A high tension screen pulling machine suitable for various types of wire mesh such as polyester, nylon, and metal, and suitable for the stretching of large-scale printing frames. It is the preferred product for large printing enterprises and OEM plate making enterprises.
2. The tension can be adjusted horizontally and vertically separately, with a maximum tension of 50N.
3. Adopting a 210mm long all aluminum alloy double handle chuck, the aluminum alloy chuck body mold is formed; The inner pad is also an imported silicone strip formed by a mold, which is fixed on the aluminum alloy clamp head using groove embedding technology, making it easy to replace; The silicone strip comes into contact with the mesh to ensure that it does not fall off or damage the mesh during pulling.
4. The sprocket chain is made of alloy steel material, and the sprocket tooth surface is high-frequency quenched, with high hardness, wear resistance, and durability.
5. The pulling speed is controlled by a frequency converter, and the speed is continuously adjustable.
6. Multiple mesh frames can be drawn simultaneously, saving time and effort.
7. The lifting of the mesh frame adopts electric lifting method, and it is convenient to operate the top mesh by touching it when it comes into contact with the mesh.
