1、 Product Overview
This product is a high-precision electromagnetic vibration testing system designed specifically for the study of seismic performance of building materials. It provides reliable mechanical performance testing and data support for building structural components, new building materials, and seismic isolation devices by simulating real seismic waves and vibration environments. 2、 Main purpose
Mainly used to test the dynamic response, fatigue life, failure mechanism, and overall seismic performance of various building materials (such as concrete test blocks, steel bars, structural steel, masonry, composite materials) and small structural nodes (such as beam column connectors, dampers, and isolation bearings) under seismic loads.

3、 Working principle
The system is based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. The driving coil (moving coil) is fixed at the bottom of the table and placed in a strong magnetic field. When the alternating current output by the power amplifier passes through the driving coil, the coil is subjected to Lorentz force in the magnetic field, which drives the table and specimen to vibrate accurately according to the input signal (such as seismic waves, sine waves, random waves).

8、 Structural Design
Adopting an integrated rigid structure, it consists of a platform, power amplifier, and control system. The main body of the platform is a magnetic circuit system composed of high-strength magnetic materials, and the moving coil is vacuum cast with epoxy resin, which is lightweight and highly rigid. The tabletop is precision machined to ensure flatness and ease of installation.

9、 Installation and Debugging
The equipment needs to be installed on a stable concrete foundation or large foundation mass block to isolate external interference and absorb reaction forces.
