Overview
The YB-150A electroplated zinc shock resistant precision pressure gauge is mainly used to calibrate industrial ordinary pressure gauges and vacuum gauges, and can also be used for precision measurement of pressure and vacuum on various non corrosive, non crystalline, and non solidified media such as copper alloys and alloy structural steels. The YB-150 model is equipped with a mirror ring below the scale line, which makes the instrument reading clearer and more accurate, with a beautiful and novel appearance. It also has a zero adjustment device, which allows the zero position deviation of the instrument to be corrected on the spot, making it more convenient to use.
Product Details

Electroplated zinc shock resistant precision pressure gauge YB-150A Technical parameters:

Model: YB-150A
Measurement range: 0.1, 0.16, 0.25, 0.4, 0.6, 1, 1.6, 2.5, 4, 6, 10, 16, 25, 40, 60, 100, -0.1~0

Spring tube material:
YB-150A: Tin phosphorus bronze
YB-150B: Chromium Vanadium Steel
Environmental temperature: 5-40 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%, and fluctuations in vibration and pressure sources should not affect the accuracy readings of the instrument.
Temperature effect: If the instrument deviates from the ambient temperature by 20 ± 3 ℃ (Type A) or 20 ± 2 ℃ (Type B), an additional temperature error (0.4%/10 ℃) must be considered.
Quantity per item: 12 pieces

Galvanized shock resistant precision pressure gauge YB-150A Usage Description:
Precision pressure gauges are mainly used to calibrate industrial ordinary pressure gauges and vacuum gauges, and can also be used for precision measurement of pressure and vacuum on various non corrosive, non crystalline, and non solidified media such as copper alloys and alloy structural steels.
Structure and principle:
The instrument consists of a measuring system (including joints, spring tubes, and transmission mechanisms), an indicating part (including pointers and dials), and an outer zeroing device (adjusting screws, transmission gears) for the housing part (including instruments, cover rings, and glass). The instrument has good sealing performance and is equipped with a sealing device, which can protect its internal measuring mechanism from mechanical damage and contamination invasion.
The working principle of the instrument is based on the spring tube shape in the elastic element measurement system. Under the pressure of the measured medium, the free end of the spring tube is forced to undergo displacement. This displacement is amplified by the transmission of the rod through the gear transmission mechanism, and the measured pressure value is gradually indicated on the dial by the pointer fixed on the gear shaft.
Instructions for Use:
1. The instrument should be installed vertically and strive for close range measurement. When measuring liquid media, it should be located at the same horizontal position as the measuring point, otherwise additional errors caused by the corresponding liquid level difference should be included.
2. Instruments are generally installed on pressure calibrators, so the influence of vibration should be avoided near the placement of the pressure calibrator (based on the principle of not affecting accurate readings and indicating values).
3. The pressure commonly used by the instrument should be 2/3 of its upper limit of division; When used as a standard instrument for calibration, pressure is allowed to be used up to the upper limit of division.
4. During the use of the instrument, if the accuracy decreases, the indication is unstable, or the pointer jumps, the cause should be identified and re calibrated as appropriate. Only after passing the inspection can it be used.
Ordering Notice:
When placing an order, it is necessary to specify the model, name, division range, and accuracy level of the instrument.
