The product architecture design is based on basic services and business function modules, and users can choose to deploy business function modules according to their needs. The sales model is flexible and can also reduce the purchasing cost for users.

Basic services include hardware servers, system infrastructure, and system basic services. System basic services include notification and announcement, address book lookup and management, system operation monitoring, log management, dictionary configuration and data management, tenant management, etc. The operation of system business functions relies on the support of these underlying basic services, which have the ability to cluster and expand, with strong scalability and stable operation.

The application portal is divided into two categories: scheduling applications and business applications, designed in a card display format. It distinguishes between applications that have already been opened and those that have not. The module opening is designed as an independent tab opening mode, which facilitates parallel use of multiple functions in multi screen mode. The data exchange between each module is flexible in usage.

Derived from BS dispatch software, this module implements specialized command and dispatch functions based on GIS maps. The command and dispatch functions of this module include: audio and video calls, audio and video consultations, cluster intercom, instruction messages, monitoring and dispatch, call records, call dispatch, etc

Perform duty scheduling and management by department, with functions such as intelligent scheduling, shift change, duty task assignment, scheduling reminder, and duty report generation.

Digitize and structure traditional contingency plan documents into the system, execute emergency response according to established steps and tasks, and associate emergency event information, personnel information, and contingency plan execution records to complete the entire process of contingency plan initiation, execution, and historical traceability.

Classify and store resources based on different types, including basic information, public facilities, risk hazards, collaborative emergency response, and emergency supplies. Support import and export functions, store different field information for different resources, and upload location information. In one map command, display the location and information of all resources on the map based on the location information, making it easy to search for relevant resources in command and rescue.

At present, this module mainly serves as a knowledge base for customizing file types, such as national standards, laws and regulations, local regulations, rescue norms, first aid knowledge, etc. Document files are classified and uploaded by type and label, making it convenient to view relevant guidance documents in a timely manner during emergency response and assisting in making rescue decisions.
