Enclosed insulated bus duct manufacturer 1200ABus duct is a bus system composed of metal plates (steel plates or aluminum plates) as protective shells, conductive bars, insulation materials, and related accessories. It can be made into a plug-in enclosed busbar with plug-in junction boxes at regular intervals, or a feeding enclosed busbar without a junction box in the middle. Its manufacturing process is not limited by sheet metal, and the shell is made in the form of tile grooves. The enclosed bus duct increases the mechanical strength of the bus, and the horizontal section of the bus can be produced up to 13m long.
The allowable temperature for heating during long-term operation of copper and aluminum bare enclosed busbars is 70 ℃. However, when their surfaces are reliably covered with tin (such as ultrasonic tinning), the allowable temperature can be increased to 85 ℃. Due to the limitation of the continuous heating allowable temperature, different raw materials and cross-sections of enclosed busbars have obtained relative long-term allowable currents. When selecting a cross-section of enclosed busbars, the specific current flow during long-term operation of the enclosed busbar should be lower than the long-term allowable current of the selected cross-section enclosed busbar. In situations where the average load is high and the enclosed busbar is long (such as enclosed busbars in outdoor distribution equipment), the selection of enclosed busbars is generally based on the economic development current intensity method. The current intensity of economic development is the amount of current that passes through the cross-section of a closed busbar enterprise, taking into account the loss of enclosed busbars, the annual maintenance costs and depreciation of enclosed busbars and attached machinery and equipment. The cross-sectional area of a closed busbar is obtained by dividing the current intensity of economic development by the long-term working current that is not counted as overload.

This series of bus ducts has excellent short-circuit resistance performance. Due to the protection of the aluminum (or weak magnetic steel plate) shell, it can effectively reduce the structural heating caused by eddy currents or circulating currents, lower the temperature of the bus duct shell, reduce electrical energy loss, increase current carrying capacity, and reduce electric power.
This series of bus ducts has an advanced structure, and installation and maintenance holes can be freely set at the upper or lower part of the bus duct. For high current indoor bus ducts, ventilation louvers are installed on both sides and the lower part of the housing to enhance heat dissipation and reduce temperature rise.
The use of double insulation and multi-point connection grounding of the shell significantly reduces maintenance workload and improves safety performance.
The use of corrugated pipe expansion joints is simple to install and can achieve adjustment of two degrees of freedom in both horizontal and vertical directions. It not only meets the expansion and contraction requirements caused by different temperature drops and thermal expansion and contraction, but also compensates for errors caused by foundation settlement, solving the problems of poor protection level, inconvenient installation, and unreliable operation of traditional sliding plate expansion and contraction devices

The shell of this series of bus ducts is made of steel plate integrated molding (Ma Steel), which greatly improves the load capacity and can ensure a center load of 60kg on the bus with a span of 6m. In the event of non-uniform temperature changes, the center position of the plate shell will not deviate by more than 10mm.
Extremely easy to install
The use of automatic compensation connections and single bolt clamping terminals, with strong adjustability, makes the installation of bus ducts very convenient and flexible, greatly saving installation time.
Next is the installation of supports and hangers. Any enclosed or plug-in busbar supports and hangers should be installed accurately, horizontally and vertically, and securely fixed. When installed in rows, they should be arranged neatly and spaced evenly. The fixed bracket bolts should be fixed with flat washers and spring washers, with 2-4 exposed threads.
① The fixing of expansion bolts for brackets should be based on the accurate measurement of the bracket position according to the direction of the busbar path when installing brackets on buildings. The expansion bolts for brackets should be fixed on the drilled holes. It should be noted that the difference between the diameter of the drill hole and the outer diameter of the casing should not exceed 1mm.
② Installation of a straight angle steel bracket, which is suitable for horizontal installation of busbars on walls. The bracket is embedded in the wall using a pre embedded method, with a burial depth of 120mm and 150mm. The exposed length of the angle steel is 140mm greater than the width of the busbar when installed vertically, and 160mm greater than the height of the busbar when installed horizontally, as shown in the following figure
④ The hanger is installed on the floor slab, and there are several types of lifting for enclosed and plug-in busbars, including single and double hangers. The installation method of the hanger varies depending on the lifting position of the busbar. If the strength can be met, internal expansion screws can also be used.
