The entire extraction process of this device is completed in a closed and recyclable system, which can be extracted at room temperature and pressure, or at negative pressure and low temperature, meeting various purposes such as water extraction, alcohol extraction, oil extraction, etc. The specific process requirements are designed by the manufacturer according to the drug performance requirements.
Extraction principle:
1. Water extraction: water and traditional Chinese medicine are added into the tank in a certain proportion, and the jacket evaporation inlet valve is opened to supply steam for heating extraction. During the extraction process, a large amount of steam will be generated in the tank. These secondary steam will be discharged from the steam port, condensed in the condenser through the foam trap, and then enter the cooler for cooling, and then enter the gas-liquid separator for gas-liquid separation, so that the residual uncooled gas can escape from the condenser, and the liquid will flow back into the extraction tank, and so on until the extraction is terminated. When the extraction liquid meets the requirements of the extraction process, stop heating.
Forced circulation: In the extraction process, in order to improve the extraction efficiency, a pump can be used to forcibly circulate the drug (but it is not suitable for extracting drugs with high starch content and viscosity), that is, the liquid is discharged from the bottom of the tank through the liquid discharge pipe, filtered through the pipeline filter, and then pumped back into the tank by the liquid pump for reflux extraction.
Release of extraction solution: After extraction is completed, the extracted liquid is released from the lower liquid outlet of the tank, filtered through a pipeline filter, and then transported to the concentrated liquid section by the liquid pump for concentration.
2. Ethanol extraction: First, add drugs and ethanol in a certain proportion into the tank. The tank must be closed to work. Open the jacket evaporation inlet valve to supply steam for heating extraction. During the extraction process, a large amount of steam will be generated in the tank. These secondary steam will be discharged from the steam port, condensed in the condenser through the foam trap, and then enter the cooler for cooling. Then enter the gas-liquid separator for gas-liquid separation, so that the residual uncooled gas can escape from the condenser. The liquid will flow back into the extraction tank, and so on until the extraction is terminated. When the extracted liquid meets the requirements of the extraction process, stop heating.
