Evaporative screw freezerThe evaporative condenser uses water and air as cooling media to exchange heat with the high-temperature gaseous cooling inside the coil, and the refrigerant condenses from the gaseous state to the liquid state. The condenser is equipped with a water distribution system, condenser coil group, packing heat exchange layer, and water separator inside; External circulating water pump, electronic water descaling device, and axial flow fan installed on the top of the coil side. Under the action of the axial flow fan, the condenser chamber is in a negative pressure state. During operation, the cooling water is evenly and completely covered on the surface of the coil by the water distribution system under the strong wind force. High temperature gaseous refrigerant enters from the upper part of the coil, and condensed liquid refrigerant flows out from the bottom of the coil. In this process, the high-temperature refrigerant exchanges heat with the water and air outside the coil, and with the help of wind force, the heat transfer effect is significantly improved. After absorbing heat, the temperature of the cooling water and air increases, and some of the cooling water vaporizes to form water vapor, which carries away a large amount of heat and is sucked away by the fan and discharged into the atmosphere. The moisture in the hot air is trapped in the water collection tank by the water remover. The high-temperature cooling water that has not been vaporized flows into the packing heat exchange layer and is cooled by the air passing through it. After sufficient cooling, the cooling water flows back to the water collection tank for the circulation pump to re send to the water distribution system for continued circulation. The water lost to the atmosphere is promptly replenished by the water float ball valve in the collection tank.
