1. Measurement sensors: They can be flow meters installed on pipelines, level gauges on storage tanks, or weighing sensors, etc. This is the basis of control and directly affects the effectiveness of control,Therefore, the basic requirement is that the higher the measurement accuracy of the sensor, the better, and it should have signal output function. At the same time, there are many types of measuring sensors, and it is important to choose the appropriate measuring sensor based on the actual working conditions on site. In addition, other technical requirements such as explosion-proof, anti-corrosion, and installation methods should also be considered.
2、WDK Quantitative Control Box: Contains WDK intelligent quantitative control instrument, internal control circuit and components, external control buttons and indicator lights, etc. The standard size of the box is 400 * 300 * 200mm (height * width * thickness), and the power supply is DC24V or AC220V optional. Sensors or cut-off devices are directly powered by the control box. And it can output 4-20mA, RS485 and other signals to other control devices, and can also add printing function.

After receiving the signal from the measuring sensor, the quantitative controller completes the accumulation and display inside, and sets the required quantitative control value inside the controller. When the accumulated value displayed by the quantitative controller reaches the set quantitative control value, the quantitative controller outputs a switch signal. At this point, the switch signal is used to control the flow interruption equipment installed on the pipeline by connecting a relay or contactor, thereby achieving quantitative control.

1. It only requires measuring sensors, control boxes, and cutoff devices, with a simple structure and low cost;
2. The control circuits and components inside the control box are customized according to the measuring sensors and equipment required by the customer. The signal lines are easy to connect and generally do not need to be adjusted upon arrival at the site. The flow meter and cut-off equipment are powered by the control box, and only AC220V needs to be provided to the control box;
3. The control box panel is equipped with "start", "stop", and "reset" buttons, as well as a "status indicator light" display, making the display intuitive, easy to operate, convenient, and easy to learn;
4. The quantitative controller is equipped with a fully Chinese LCD display, and the quantitative control value can be changed as needed each time. It only needs to be operated within the quantitative controller.
Four Ordering Instructions
1Choose the appropriate flow meter: inform us of the name of the measuring medium, the diameter of the measuring tube, the working pressure and temperature, the flow range, or other requirements, and we will select the appropriate flow meter for you;
2Explain the requirements for control, such as the size of each quantitative value, the number of times it is controlled per day, whether the value controlled each time is the same, and other requirements;
3Choose a cut-off device: If there is already a cut-off device, please inform us of its working power supply and power, and we will customize it accordingly; If needed, we can also provide a cut-off device. We suggest using solenoid valves or pneumatic valves (when delayed start or stop is required) as the preferred cut-off equipment. Do not control the pump. At the same time, when arranging the pipeline, use the stagnant flow generated by the liquid level difference as the power source. This ensures safety and measurement accuracy during control.
