It is achieved by coordinating the control system inside the explosion-proof control box with the gas circuit system to introduce protective gas from the safe area into the positive pressure chamber. It mainly consists of cabinets, automatic control systems, air distribution systems, alarm systems, and power distribution systems; The cabinet consists of a positive pressure chamber and a secondary chamber. The positive pressure chamber houses the user's power distribution system components, while the secondary chamber houses the automatic control system.

You can choose cabinet type (top and bottom form, left and right form), wall mounted type, piano table type, flat type, etc;

1. The cabinet type product adopts GGD cabinet frame, with a left and right structure for the main and auxiliary panels. It is installed in a cable trench seat, with bottom entry, front door operation, and rear door maintenance.

2. The box type product adopts a welded steel plate structure, with the main and auxiliary panels in an upper and lower structure, hanging installation, and bottom entry, front door operation and maintenance.

3. The piano tabletop product is formed by folding and welding steel plates, with the main and auxiliary plates being front and rear structures, installed in a seated manner, operated by the bottom wire and piano platform, and the rear door for maintenance. Divided into ventilation type and compensation type according to the intake method.

The ventilation type is an uninterrupted continuous gas supply, and the working heat of the components installed in the positive pressure chamber can be carried away with the air path, which has good heat dissipation function and is suitable for solving the heat dissipation problem of high-power explosion-proof frequency converters; Compensation type is intermittent gas supply, and the positive pressure chamber should have good sealing to ensure low gas consumption. The user must provide a gas source, which requires purified air or nitrogen, with a gas source pressure of 0.2-0.8Mpa; Usually, the instrument air at the user's site can meet the requirements. The steel plate material is generally GB710-88 cold-rolled steel plate, or GB3280-84 stainless steel material can be selected according to user requirements. The multi style design of explosion-proof positive pressure cabinets meets various needs. Changes in the environment can lead to changes in explosion-proof positive pressure cabinets, but these changes will not affect the quality of the products themselves.

Ventilation method for explosion-proof positive pressure cabinet

1. The explosion-proof positive pressure cabinet is equipped with a ventilation interlock. Before the product is put into operation, only after passing through the main panel cavity for ventilation and reaching the specified ventilation time and volume, can the auxiliary panel be powered on, and the main chamber pressure be detected to ensure that the electrical components have been effectively isolated by the clean medium when the product is put into operation.

2. The explosion-proof positive pressure cabinet will only be powered by the automatic power switching system in the auxiliary panel when the pressure inside the main panel meets the specified pressure requirements.

3. The working pressure inside the main panel of the explosion-proof positive pressure cabinet is 100Pa ≤ P ≤ 1000Pa.

When the air pressure exceeds 1000Pa, the automatic control system automatically closes the intake or opens the exhaust valve, adjusts the internal air pressure automatically, and ensures that the product is not deformed or damaged by the impact of high air pressure.

When the air pressure drops below 100Pa, the automatic control system will sound an alarm and start the intake, automatically adjusting the internal air supply. If the air supply is successful, it will automatically return to normal. If it is unsuccessful and the internal air pressure drops to 60Pa, the system can be set to automatically shut down if necessary.

4. The automatic control system of the auxiliary panel of the explosion-proof positive pressure cabinet is continuously monitored and displays various pressure parameters inside the main panel.
