Industrial explosion-proof elevators adopt electric hydraulic type, which is safer. In addition to the necessary performance of general explosion-proof elevators, they also have the characteristics of simple structure, easy operation, large load capacity, and high cost-effectiveness. The explosion-proof freight elevator series products are high-strength explosion-proof products that use a combination of explosion-proof and intrinsic safety explosion-proof methods. They have stronger operability on site, flexible use, easy maintenance, and low cost.
The explosion-proof design of the explosion-proof freight elevator must be able to reliably prevent dangerous spark ignition and dangerous high temperature ignition. Dangerous sparks include electrical sparks, mechanical sparks (friction sparks, impact sparks), and electrostatic sparks. Explosion proof and intrinsically safe composite explosion-proof freight elevators shall be equipped with explosion-proof or intrinsically safe measures to prevent electrical sparks that may occur; Mechanical sparks use special non sparking materials and control the magnesium content of light alloy shells in areas prone to dangerous sparks to achieve explosion prevention; Static sparks are explosion-proof by limiting the surface resistance of materials that generate static electricity, or by using conductive adhesives, conductive paints, and other methods. Eliminating dangerous high temperatures involves placing high-temperature components inside explosion-proof enclosures or using methods such as heat dissipation and lubricating oil to achieve explosion prevention. All electrical appliances or components inside the explosion-proof cargo elevator must have explosion-proof markings that are not lower than the national explosion-proof level. All components or parts that may generate dangerous sparks or temperatures shall be equipped with corresponding explosion-proof safety measures.
Characteristics of Explosion proof Freight Elevators
1. The wiring of the explosion-proof freight elevator control system consists of strong electrical input and output on one side, and weak electrical intrinsic safety output on the other side. Advanced intrinsic safety explosion-proof measures are adopted, and mature freight elevator components from the original freight elevator are selected as intrinsic safety equipment in the explosion-proof area, which is easy to maintain and has low maintenance costs;
2. The location of the computer room can be flexibly arranged within a range of 10 meters from the shaft; Users can also meet the requirements of IIBT4 in the computer room, and basically meet the requirements of Zone 2 IIC in the shaft.
3. Explosion proof freight elevators have the same civil engineering requirements as ordinary freight elevators and do not require special treatment;
4. Especially suitable for flammable and explosive places with high load capacity, low floor height, and high stability requirements.
