The SBW series local security explosion-proof resistor is a field installed temperature transmission unit in the DDZ-S series instruments. It integrates a thermal resistor and a transmitter to directly measure the temperature of liquids, vapors, and vapor media within the range of -200~800 ℃ in various industrial processes. The temperature is converted into a 4-20mADC unified output signal proportional to the temperature or output electrical signal of the thermocouple thermal resistor, which is sent to display, record, regulate instruments or computers. The explosion-proof performance of explosion-proof and intrinsic safety resistance temperature transmitters is designed and manufactured in accordance with the national standard for 'Explosion proof Electrical Equipment for Explosive Environments' (GB3836). The thermoelectric characteristics comply with international IEC standards and have been tested and qualified by the National Instrument Explosion proof Safety Supervision Station. It is an ideal temperature sensor and transmission integrated product for explosive environments, which can be used in hazardous areas with flammable gases or vapors of flammable liquids. The intrinsic safety type thermistor temperature transmitter must be combined with the associated equipment safety barrier to form an explosion-proof system, with explosion-proof certificate numbers: GYB53265, 93266, 97336, 97337. As a new generation temperature transmitter, it can be widely used in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, power, light industry, textile, food, national defense, and scientific research departments.

The explosion-proof cable distribution parameter control range for intrinsically safe temperature transmitters with thermal resistance is: total inductance ≤ 2mH. Total electrical capacity ≤ 0.06uF. At the same time, associated equipment safety barriers are used, with models MTL728, Z928, LB928, and safety barriers. For specific wiring, please refer to the manufacturer's instructions.

The transmitter component is miniaturized and placed in a junction box of explosion-proof and intrinsic safety type thermistor to form an integrated temperature transmitter, which is used in industrial sites.

As an integrated temperature transmitter, it can directly output 4-20mA signals in industrial sites, which not only saves expensive compensation wires but also improves the anti-interference ability during long-distance signal transmission.

The transmitter components have high precision, low power consumption, wide temperature range for use, stable and reliable operation, and due to the use of silicone rubber sealing structure, the transmitter is shock resistant, temperature resistant, moisture resistant, and explosion-proof, suitable for installation and use in various harsh on-site environments.

Choose a flameproof temperature transmitter with thermal resistance isolation, which isolates the input and output terminals, increases the ability to resist mode interference, and is more suitable for computer use.

Output: Within the range of measurement, output a 4-20mA DC signal that is linear with the input electrical signal of the thermistor or the millivolt signal input by the thermocouple, and linear with the measured temperature of the thermistor or thermocouple.
