Export electronic truck scaleMaintenance and upkeep:
When the weighing display controller cannot be used for a long time (such as more than a month), it should be powered on and checked according to environmental conditions to prevent moisture or other adverse gases from affecting reliability. It is prohibited to perform arc welding operations on the car scale platform. If arc welding operations must be performed on the scale platform.
Please note to disconnect the signal cable from the weighing display controller. The grounding wire for arc welding must be set near the welded area and firmly in contact with the scale body. Do not use sensors as part of arc welding.
Regularly clean the debris on the sensor and apply butter to the load-bearing steel ball of the sensor to prevent rusting or contact with the sensor, which may cause inaccurate weighing or jumping.
Regularly clean the soil on the weighing board and pay attention to the hard stones on the scale surface when weighing.
Regularly check whether the limit clearance is reasonable, and whether the scale body comes into contact or collides with other objects.
Regularly check whether the drainage pipes are blocked and maintain good drainage.
Do not forcefully hammer the scale surface with hard objects.
Do not use flammable materials to clean the instrument.
It is strictly prohibited to clean the instrument with strong solvents.
