At the same time, the domestically leading XH768 CNC machining equipment and process that integrates drilling, milling, and tapping are used in the inner cavity processing, which enables the valve box to withstand a working pressure of 31MPa, improves the processing accuracy and safety factor of the valve box, and has the advantages of high pressure and corrosion resistance, long service life, etc. It is more suitable for drilling processes such as high pump pressure and large displacement in oil fields. This product meets the API SPEC 7K specification and is widely used in the petroleum drilling industry. This product not only sells well in major domestic oil fields, but also exports to international markets such as the United States and the Middle East. In addition, we can also process and produce other types of valve boxes according to customer drawings and requirements.
The material of the hydraulic cylinder is alloy steel 35CrMo or 40CrMnMo forgings, and the three hydraulic cylinders of each pump can be interchanged. The structural design of the F-pump straight through hydraulic cylinder, i.e. the valve on the valve, reduces the volume of the hydraulic cylinder and improves the volumetric efficiency. If requested by the user, chemical nickel plating can be applied to the surface of the liquid cylinder to enhance its corrosion resistance.
