FC-CYW-152B and CYW-153B stainless steel differential pressure gauges (hereinafter referred to as differential pressure gauges) are suitable for measuring differential pressure, flow rate, and other parameters of various liquid (gas) media in the process flow of industrial sectors such as chemical, synthetic, metallurgical, power, and nuclear power. The structure of the stainless steel differential pressure gauge is entirely made of stainless steel, and the measuring system (double bellows and connecting components) and pressure guiding system (including joints, conduits, etc.) are made of special austenitic stainless steel, which has strong corrosion resistance and resistance to the impact of working environment erosion. The overall structure design of the instrument is reasonable, the technology is advanced, it has the advantages of small size, light weight, good stability, long service life, novel appearance, and strong adaptability. The connection forms of instrument connectors include parallel type (which can be directly connected to a three valve group) and oblique type, which can adapt to the matching installation of different users.

The instrument adopts a double corrugated tube structure, that is, two corrugated tubes are installed on symmetrical positions on both sides of the "I" - shaped bracket. The upper and lower ends of the "I-shaped" bracket are respectively the movable end and the fixed end, connected by a spring plate in the middle; Two corrugated tubes are in parallel and connected to the high and low voltage connectors on the watch case through conduits; The gear transmission mechanism is directly installed on the fixed end of the bracket and connected to the movable end of the bracket through a pull rod; The dial is directly fixed on the gear transmission mechanism.
The working principle of the instrument is based on the use of two corrugated tubes with the same stiffness as the pressure sensing element. Therefore, under the same measured medium, they are forced to generate the same concentrated force and act on the movable bracket separately. Since the two sides of the spring plate do not produce disturbance under equal torque, the bracket is still in its original position, and the gear transmission mechanism does not move, so that the pointer still points to zero.
When different pressures are applied (usually the high-pressure end is higher than the low-pressure end), the forces exerted by the two corrugated pipes on the movable support are not equal, causing corresponding displacements and driving the gear transmission mechanism to transmit and amplify. The differential pressure value between the two is indicated by the deflection of the pointer.
