FDEF-40-450/750V anti twist wind energy cableApplication scope:
Suitable for wind turbine tower, rated voltage (690V) and system, suspended torsion field cooperation as power transmission cable.
1. Rated voltage: 450/750VU0/U is,.
2. Cable operating temperature range: -40~90 ℃ for fixed installation.
3. The cable conductor operates at a high temperature of 90 ℃.
4. During a short circuit (lasting no more than 5 seconds), the higher temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed 250 ℃.
5. Cable bending radius: not less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.
6. The cable can pass 10000 torsion tests at room temperature.
Execution standard:
Product standard: TICW/01-2009 or technical agreement requested by the user
1. Conductor: made of oxygen free copper wire or tin plated copper wire, with a structure that meets the requirements of Class 5 in GB/T3956-2008;
2. Insulation: Made of ethylene propylene rubber, with performance in line with XJ-30A insulation adhesive; Or use silicone rubber with performance in line with XJ-80A insulation adhesive.
3. Sheath: Made of chlorinated polyethylene rubber, with performance in line with XH-03 type sheath rubber; Alternatively, flame-retardant silicone rubber with performance in line with XJ-80A insulation adhesive can be used.
4. Special designs can also be made according to the user's on-site cable usage requirements. The conductor shall comply with the requirements of the fifth type of non tinned conductor specified in IEC60228.

Technical Requirements:
The surface of the conductor should be smooth, free of oil stains, burrs that damage the insulation, and protruding or broken single wires.
Each conductor is covered with an isolation layer made of a suitable material. Insulated FDEH wind energy cable
The nominal value of insulation thickness should comply with the provisions of IEC 60227-7, and the average value of insulation thickness should not be less than the nominal value. The thickness at the thinner part should not be less than 90% -0.1mm of the nominal value
The insulation adopts PVC insulation, and its performance should comply with the requirements of PVC/D type insulation materials specified in Table 1 of IEC 60227-1. The insulation should be tightly extruded onto the conductor and should be easy to peel off without damaging the insulator, conductor, or coating. The insulation surface should be flat and have a uniform color.
The insulated wire core shall be identified by numerical symbols and shall comply with the provisions of DIN VDE 0293. The yellow green grounding wire shall be placed on the outer layer of the cable core (for cables with 3 or more cores).
Shielding
The shielding layer is woven with tin plated copper wire, and the weaving density should not be less than 85%.
Sheath
The nominal value of the sheath thickness shall comply with the provisions of IEC 60227-7, and the average value of the outer sheath shall not be less than the nominal value. The thickness of the thinner part shall not be less than 85% -0.1mm of the nominal value
The sheath shall be made of soft PVC composite material, and its performance shall comply with the provisions of Table 2 in IEC 60227-1 for PVC/ST5 type. The sheath should be tightly extruded onto the twisted insulation core or coating, and the surface of the outer sheath of the cable should be smooth and uniform in color.
The outer diameter of the cable shall comply with the provisions of IEC 60227-7. The sheath color is gray or black.
Finished cable
The DC resistance value of the conductor of the finished cable at 20 ℃ should not exceed the provisions of IEC60228.
Finished cables and insulated wire cores should be able to withstand the specified AC rated voltage of 2500V withstand voltage test, with no breakdown occurring within 5 minutes.
The insulation resistance of the finished cable core should not be less than 20M Ω• km
The mechanical and physical properties of finished cable insulation shall comply with the provisions of IEC 60227-1.
The mechanical and physical properties of the finished cable sheath shall comply with the provisions of IEC 60227-1.
Finished cables should be able to pass the combustion test specified in EN 50265-2-1 or IEC 60332-1.
The shielding impedance of the finished cable at 20 ℃ should not exceed 10 Ω/km.
