purpose

principle

After purification and heating, the air is drawn in from the lower part of the boiling granulation dryer by the induced draft fan, passes through the distribution plate of the material bin, and causes the material powder particles or wet particles to be in a boiling fluidized state in the raw material container. They are preheated and mixed by the purified heated air. During granulation, the adhesive solution is atomized and sprayed in, causing several particles to aggregate into clusters containing adhesive. Due to the continuous drying of the material by the hot air, the moisture in the clusters evaporates and the adhesive solidifies. This process is repeated continuously to form ideal and uniform microporous spherical particles.

Boiling granulation method is the comprehensive application of spray technology and fluidization technology. It enables the traditional mixing, granulation and drying processes to be completed at one time in the same equipment, realizing one-step granulation.

PRINCIPLE

After purified and heated, the air from the induced draft fan is sucked in at the bottom of the fluid-bed granulating dryer, and then passes through the air flow distribution board of the material silo, so as to make the powder materials or wet granules under the boiling and fluidizing status in the raw material vessel. After the granules are preheated by the purified and heated air and mixed, the adhesive solution is atomized and sprayed during granulating to make several particles agglomerate into granules containing the adhesive. Because the materials are continuously dried by hot air, the moisture in the granules is evaporated, and the adhesive is solidified. This process will be carried out continuously and repetitively to form ideal and even micro-porous ball granules
