1、 Working principle

The acid mist exhaust gas is introduced into the purification tower through the air duct, and after passing through the packing layer, the exhaust gas and sodium hydroxide absorption liquid enter the liquid phase and fully touch, absorb, neutralize and react. After purification, the acid mist exhaust gas is dehydrated and defogged by the defogging plate, and then discharged into the atmosphere by the fan. The absorption liquid is pressurized by a water pump at the bottom of the tower and sprayed down from the top of the tower, then refluxed to the bottom for circulation. The purified acid mist exhaust gas meets the emission requirements of local emission standards and is lower than the national emission standards.

2、 Characteristics

1. The dust removal and desulfurization power is high. When using alkaline washing water, the desulfurization power can reach 85%;

3、 Structure

The packing layer inside the spray tower serves as a mass transfer device for gas-liquid two-phase contact components. The bottom of the packing tower is equipped with a packing support plate, and the packing is placed on the support plate in a disorderly manner. Install a packing pressure plate above the packing to prevent it from being blown by the rising airflow. The spray liquid from the spray tower is sprayed onto the packing material through a liquid disperser at the top of the tower and flows down along the outer surface of the packing material. Gas is sent from the bottom of the tower, dispersed by gas dispersing equipment, and then flows continuously through the empty space of the packing layer in reverse flow with the liquid. On the surface of the packing, the gas-liquid phase closely contacts for mass transfer. When the liquid flows downwards along the packing layer, wall flow phenomenon sometimes occurs, and the wall flow effect forms uneven dispersion of gas-liquid phases in the packing layer, resulting in a decrease in mass transfer power. Therefore, the packing layer inside the spray tower is divided into two sections, with a re spreading device installed at the center. After re spreading, it is sprayed onto the lower packing layer.

fourApplicable precautions

1. Adjustment of circulating water volume: It is determined by the spray tower water supply pump. When one boiler is running, one can be turned on. When two or three pumps are running simultaneously in winter, both pumps should be turned on. The flow rate of the mud pump should be adjusted according to the flow rate of the circulating pump to make it equal.

2. The dosing amount in the spraying tower's dosing pool: When operating one boiler, add 2 bags of alkali and 5 bags of hydrated lime. If two or three boilers are operated in winter, the dosing amount can be increased by the corresponding multiple.

3. The sedimentation tank of the spray tower should be regularly cleaned, once a week in summer and once every three days in winter.

4. When discharging from the grey water separator, discharge once per shift and open the discharge valves separately until clear water is discharged.

5. The above rolling components should be regularly inspected and oiled, and any problems found should be promptly eliminated to ensure the desulfurization effect of the spray tower.

6. When adding medication up and down stairs, attention should be paid to having independent security and mutual security awareness.

7. After finishing the homework, it is necessary to tidy up and maintain cleanliness in a timely manner, ensuring that the area is clear when people leave.
