Fast carbon silicon analyzer in front of the furnace

The NX type furnace front carbon silicon analyzer adopts an anti electromagnetic interference, dust-proof, ultra-thin and portable design, which is easy to operate. Non professionals can quickly detect the carbon and silicon content of molten iron in front of the furnace after simple training.
One main feature: By using an improved evaluation method, important metallurgical parameters can be automatically controlled to compensate for the difficulty of accurately measuring non-metallic elements (C, Si) in "spectra" and the inability of conventional analytical instruments to meet the time requirements for rapid analysis in front of the furnace, meeting the quality control requirements of casting production. Two application functions: measuring C%, Si%, CEL, SC, △ T, △ TM, etc. for white cast iron and gray cast iron, and also calculating parameters such as RM, HB, Z/H, and MEC for non alloy cast iron.
