Overview
Built in AC isolation transformer+LC AC/DC filter, input and output electrical isolation. Adopting Infineon high-voltage IGBT module two-stage conversion and pure digital power frequency isolation. Energy can be fed back to the grid: it has both power and load characteristics. The DCDC side adopts a carrier phase shifting circuit to achieve higher accuracy and smaller ripple on the DC output side. The characteristics of wide output voltage range, high accuracy, and fast dynamic response can be achieved.

Product Overview:
The BDEL series power supply adopts a dual stage structure, where the front stage is a BUCK-BOOST bidirectional DCDC carrier phase shifting circuit, and the rear stage is a DC/AC inverter with SVPWM
Circuit. A power frequency transformer with special filtering design is used to isolate the power grid. The front-end adopts a three-phase half bridge circuit and operates in four quadrants, which can achieve power factor and current harmonics
Wave control can also stabilize the DC bus voltage. The bus is supported by thin film capacitors, which have good high-frequency characteristics and long service life.
