The fire resistance test furnace for fire smoke exhaust fans is used for high temperature resistance testing of fire smoke exhaust fans: it is suitable for high temperature resistance testing of axial flow (and corresponding centrifugal) fire smoke exhaust fans with machine numbers N0.3 to N0.18 in the laboratory. 1. One furnace can be used for multiple purposes and is compatible with multiple standards. Add a set of equipment for the GB15930-2007 "Fire Valves for Ventilation and Smoke Exhaust Systems in Buildings" test. This device needs to be purchased separately. If you have any requirements, you can consult the manufacturer for free.
2. Use a 16 bit high-precision acquisition card to collect data on temperature, pressure, flow rate, and other aspects. Real time reproduction of the true information during combustion is generated through microcomputer analysis, processing, and control, and the results are directly obtained through microcomputer analysis and judgment.

3. Adopting a 16 bit board, multi-channel module, and microcomputer, implementing PID fully automatic control mode, with better stability, repeatability, and reproducibility.

During the testing period, real-time measurement results are displayed and perfect curves are dynamically drawn. The data can be permanently saved, accessed, and printed out, and reports can be directly printed.

5. Furnace construction:
The construction of the fire-resistant test furnace for the fire exhaust fan adopts the GOVMARK technology from the United States. Five layer structure, with the inner layer at 1300 ℃ and the outer layer at room temperature; Long service life, the insulation material (vulnerable parts) in the inner layer is easy to replace.
