1、 Application scope:

The fire-resistant coating combustion testing machine (tunnel method) is suitable for testing the flame propagation characteristics of fire-resistant coatings applied to combustible substrate surfaces in a small tunnel furnace under laboratory conditions.

Suitable for the determination of flame propagation performance of decorative fireproof coatings.

3、 Technical parameters:

1. Tunnel furnace:

1.1 Composed of angle steel frame and ceramic fiber board (asbestos cement board).

1.2 The angle steel frame is welded from 35mm<30mmX2mm angle steel. The top of the angle steel frame is 610mm long and 100mm wide, and its longitudinal plane forms a 28 ° angle with the horizontal plane, serving as the support for the specimen.

The entire steel frame is welded onto a K610mm, 100mm wide, and 120mm thick steel base. The low end of the angle steel frame is 185mm from the bottom, and the high end is about 480mm from the base.

1.3 The flue end of the tunnel furnace is open type; There is a 25mm diameter gas supply hole at the center of the lower end of the tunnel furnace, 110mm away from the base.

1.4 The heat-resistant glass observation window is located below the support side of the specimen, made of a piece of 622m long, 50mm wide, and 3mm thick quartz glass or heat-resistant high glass. Mark the glass at intervals of 25mm from one end of 100mm to 500mm.

There is a metal light shield tilted downwards by 60 ° above the observation window. The specimen support consists of a serrated stainless steel calibration plate with a tooth spacing of 25mm.

On the side of the test panel bracket, located above the centerline of the blowtorch, there is a 3mm diameter thermocouple insertion hole, through which the hot contact point of the thermocouple is delivered to the back fire surface of the test piece.

1.6 Tunnel furnaces should be placed indoors without forced ventilation.

4.2 Temperature recording: Imported intelligent P.I.D temperature controller (with automatic calculation function) and high-precision PT100 thermocouple sensor and timer are used, with an accuracy of 0.5% ± 1 word.

0~99.99 seconds setting, resolution: 0.01s, error: 1s/h.

6. Automatic buzzer:

During the experiment, an alarm is triggered every 15 seconds to remind the operator to record the current combustion condition, with a combustion duration of 4 minutes.
