6、 Drying machine: with a total length of 10 meters, it consists of 14 heating plates. Pneumatic tensioning device, automatic separation of conveyor belt in case of power failure.
7、 Forming part: with a total length of 6 meters, it consists of 27 pairs of forming shafts.
8、 Vertical cutting machine: According to user requirements, two types of ultra-thin knives and regular knives can be optionally installed, with high automation and easy operation.
9、 Cross cutting machine: There are four options for customers to choose from, including computer single and double knives and mechanical single and double knives.
10、 Boiler and coal-fired energy consumption is 120 kilograms per hour.
The boiler belongs to the non pressure energy-saving type, and the oil consumption is basically not consumed within two hours from the temperature rise of the machine from 0 ℃ to the start-up temperature.

The surface of the teeth is treated with medium frequency quenching, and the hardness reaches HV60 ° or above. The upper corrugated roller has a medium height and a waist drum shape, with a long service life.
