Fixed ethanol gas detector
The MIC-600 online ethanol detection alarm is applied for 24-hour continuous online monitoring of ethanol gas concentration and temperature and humidity measurement on site. It displays concentration and over limit sound and light alarms on site, and remote data transmission. Using a 2.5-inch high-definition color screen to display concentration in real time, and selecting gas sensors based on electrochemical, infrared, catalytic combustion, thermal conductivity, PID photoionization principles from well-known brands in the industry according to different detection gases, as well as high-precision capacitive digital temperature and humidity sensors from Switzerland, the MIC-600 advanced circuit design and mature core algorithm processing have given birth to a new generation of multifunctional fixed online composite gas detection and alarm devices. The MIC-600 can detect gas concentrations in pipelines, confined spaces, and atmospheric environments, as well as detect gas leaks and the purity of high concentration single gases. The sturdy and durable explosion-proof shell and fluorocarbon paint surface treatment process are suitable for various hazardous areas and corrosive environments with strong acids and alkalis. They are wear-resistant and will not fade or peel off the paint within 10 years.

Standard bus RS485 (RTU) and 4-20mA standard signal are simultaneously output, with 3 sets of relay switch output and on-site sound and light alarm. Optional frequency output of 200-1000Hz, Hart protocol signal, 1-5V output, wireless transmission (2-5 kilometers or unlimited distance). Wired or wireless remote real-time monitoring is available. The data can be uploaded to the mobile phone or transmitted to the environmental protection bureau, other monitoring centers, monitoring equipment, and monitoring computers through the LAN and Internet. The on-site concentration can be monitored in real time through free upper computer software or gas alarm controller.
Compatible with various secondary meters, data acquisition modules, PLC, DCS systems, it can directly drive electromagnetic valves, fans, alarms and other equipment, and can also drive high-power equipment by driving intermediate relays. The optional MIC2000 controller can monitor 1000 detectors simultaneously.
● Large capacity data storage function, which can record real-time concentration values, temperature and humidity, or only record alarm values and time. Supports local storage or SD card storage. The standard capacity for local storage is 100000 records, and larger capacity should be specified when ordering. The storage capacity of SD card can be customized. Through free upper computer software for data export and analysis, it supports viewing or deleting data on the local machine. It can be set to automatically overwrite or not overwrite data when the capacity is insufficient, and the recording function will automatically stop.
Equipped with an infrared remote control, it can achieve cover free operation in dangerous situations, such as modifying alarm points, concentration calibration, zero calibration, noise reduction, factory reset, entering menus, viewing records, 4mA output, 20mA output (this function is required for calibrating other acquisition devices).
The interface is selectable in both Chinese and English, with a default Chinese interface that supports free switching of gas concentration units. Conventional gases do not require input of molecular weight, while special gases automatically calculate and switch when molecular weight is input. The 2.5-inch high-definition color screen (LCM) displays real-time concentration, time, temperature, humidity, storage status, and other information, and can simultaneously detect 1-6 gas concentrations and temperature and humidity. The menu interface uses high-definition simulation icons to display the function names of each menu, and provides concise Chinese or English operation prompts.
Three display modes can be switched: simultaneously displaying multiple gas concentrations, large font cyclic display of single channel gas concentration, real-time curve, automatic or manual cyclic switching between channels, setting whether to display maximum value, minimum value, gas name, and viewing historical curve graphs.
