Fixed explosion-proof chlorine gas alarm for real-time monitoring of CL2 concentration has been widely used in the chemical industry as a device for detecting chlorine gas.
Fixed explosion-proof chlorine gas alarm for real-time monitoring of CL2 concentration
Installation points of chlorine gas detector:
1. The chlorine gas detector should be calibrated at least once a year to ensure detection accuracy.
2. When installing the chlorine gas detector, the sensor should be fixed facing downwards.
3. Installation height of chlorine gas detector: When detecting gases with a specific gravity lower than air such as hydrogen, natural gas, and city gas, it should be installed at a distance of about 30cm~60cm from the roof; When detecting gases such as liquefied petroleum gas with a specific gravity greater than air, they should be installed at a height of about 30cm to 60cm from the ground.
4. The selection of chlorine gas detectors should be within a radius of 1 meter around valves, pipeline interfaces, gas outlets, or areas prone to leakage, as close as possible, without affecting the operation of other equipment, and avoiding high temperature and high humidity environments as much as possible.
