Flange type vortex flowmeterIt is a measuring instrument with high measurement accuracy, simple installation, low maintenance, and wide applications, widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, metallurgy, textiles, urban construction, and energy. The sensor outputs a frequency signal, which is usually combined with a computer or flow integrator to form a flow measurement system. The transmitter outputs a 4-20mA standard signal proportional to the volumetric flow rate, which is usually combined with a computer to form a flow measurement system or other flow integrator instruments.

The sensor/transmitter is installed on the pipeline, and the flow integrator or computer is installed in the control room and provides power to the vortex flow sensor/transmitter. The two are connected by shielded cables.

Function:

1. The medium has good universality and can measure steam, gas, and liquid.

2. Steam: saturated steam and superheated steam.

3. Gases: various gases such as air, oxygen, nitrogen, natural gas, liquefied gas, ammonia, chlorine, alkanes, alkenes, hydrocarbons, etc.

5. Intelligent integrated design, capable of displaying instantaneous flow rate, cumulative flow rate, and instrument coefficient on site.

6. Micro power dual power design, internal parameter storage.

7. The detection probe adopts optimized combination structure and special process technology packaging, with good anti vibration performance.

8. The piezoelectric element is embedded in the probe body, with no filling material inside, and its performance is stable and reliable.

9. The detection element does not come into contact with the medium, has no movable parts, has low pressure loss, and has a long service life.
