1、 Instrument Introduction:

2、 Working principle:
The pressure transmitter adopts diffusion or ion implantation processes to form resistors and connect them into a Wheatstone bridge, and uses micro machining technology to form a pressure sensitive diaphragm under the bridge. When pressure is applied to the diaphragm, the resistance value changes and a linearized output signal proportional to the applied pressure is generated. We add a DC power supply to the Wheatstone bridge, which produces an output of a DC voltage signal. After a secondary conversion circuit, achieve a two-wire system with 4-20mA output.

7、 Precautions for use:
1. When the diaphragm pressure transmitter freezes in winter, anti freezing measures must be taken for the transmitter installed outdoors to prevent the liquid in the pressure inlet from expanding due to freezing volume and causing damage to the sensor.
2. When wiring, thread the cable through the waterproof joint (accessory) or flexible tube and tighten the sealing nut to prevent rainwater and other substances from leaking into the transmitter housing through the cable.
3. When measuring gas pressure, the pressure tap should be opened at the top of the process pipeline, and a sanitary transmitter should also be installed at the upper part of the process pipeline to allow the deposited liquid to be quickly injected into the process pipeline.
4. When measuring steam or other high-temperature media with a sanitary pressure transmitter, a condenser such as a buffer tube (coil) should be connected, and the operating temperature of the transmitter should not exceed the limit.
5. Note that the pressure tube of the sensor should be installed in a location with minimal temperature fluctuations.
6. When measuring liquid pressure, the installation position of sanitary pressure transmitters should avoid the impact of liquid (i.e. water hammer phenomenon) to prevent sensor damage caused by overpressure.
7. When measuring liquid pressure, the pressure tap should be opened on the side of the process pipeline to avoid sedimentation and slag accumulation.
8. To prevent sanitary pressure transmitters from coming into contact with corrosive or overheated media, and to prevent debris from depositing inside the conduit.

8、 Selection spectrum:

1. If there is an overload in the measured pressure, please provide the overload pressure value.
2. If the temperature of the measured medium continues to reach 130 ℃ or below -20 ℃, it is recommended to use a temperature isolator or capillary structure to ensure that the sensor is not damaged.
