Performance characteristics: This series of flat vulcanizing press is the main forming equipment for various rubber model products and non model products. It is characterized by simple structure, large pressure, wide applicability and high efficiency. It is also suitable for the pressing and molding of model products such as thermosetting plastics, foam, resin, bakelite, thin metal and building materials. The function of rapid upward movement, slow locking, and rapid downward movement of the template, as well as the adjustable speed of closing and exhaust, can improve production efficiency. When the product is vulcanized and molded, the oil pump motor stops working and has automatic pressure compensation function and delay when the oil pump stops. The oil circuit configuration is more reasonable and efficient. The deflation time, deflation frequency, heating temperature, and vulcanization time can all be set for easy operation. It has two working modes: manual and semi-automatic. Set the working mode of the conventional flat vulcanizing machine: Program 1: Transfer mold working mode; Program 2: Meet the process requirements of special adhesive materials.
