The tubular rubber component is composed of inner and outer layers of rubber, curtain layers, and steel wire rings, which are vulcanized and then combined with metal flanges or parallel joints to form a loose sleeve. This product can reduce vibration and noise, and compensate for thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes. It is widely used in various pipeline systems. Applicable media: seawater, fresh water, hot and cold water, drinking water, domestic sewage, crude oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil, finished oil, air, coal gas, steam, and granular powder.

Installation instructions:

1. Rubber flexible joints must not be installed beyond the displacement limit during installation.

2. The pipeline must have fixed supports or brackets, and the force of the fixed brackets must be greater than the axial force. When installing vertically or overhead, corresponding fixed brackets and load-bearing brackets need to be installed at both ends of the product to prevent the work from being compressed and pulled off.

3. The installation bolts should be tightened symmetrically and gradually under pressure to prevent local leakage.
