★ Measurement principle

Float level gauge

According to the principle of equal volume of liquid when displaced, the float floats on the liquid surface. When the liquid level in the container changes, the float also moves up and down. Due to the magnetic effect, the dry spring of the float level gauge is magnetically attracted, changing the liquid level position into an electrical signal. The actual position of the liquid is displayed digitally on the display instrument, and the float level gauge achieves remote detection and control of the liquid level.

★ Composition of float level gauge

The float level gauge is mainly composed of magnetic levitation ballssensortransmitterComposed of three parts. When the magnetic levitation ball floats up and down along the guide tube with the change of liquid level, the magnetic steel inside the floating ball attracts the reed switch at the corresponding position in the sensor, causing the total resistance (or voltage) of the sensor to change. Then, the transmitter converts the changed resistance (or voltage) signal into a 4-20mA current signal output. The HY-UQZ series digital display controller (or DSB type light column digital display instrument) produced by our factory can be selected for remote measurement of the liquid level, and upper and lower limit alarms can be set on the display instrument to achieve positional control of the liquid level, or other regulators can be used to form a liquid level constant value adjustment system to achieve PID continuous adjustment of the liquid level
