TYD-5010 Dust Particle Monitor is an online dust analysis product independently developed and produced by the company. It adopts mainstream laser backscatter measurement technology, and its key components are all imported with original packaging.
This product is used for continuous monitoring of particulate matter concentrations emitted from various pollution sources. It can be paired with a Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) for flue gas, or can be connected separately or in multiple units to form a smoke monitoring network, sharing a data collection and processing backend.
This product is widely used for monitoring smoke and dust emissions from various power generation boilers, industrial kilns, industrial boilers, as well as monitoring and control of flue gas desulfurization and dust removal projects in enterprises such as thermal power generation, steel metallurgy, petrochemical industry, cement production, pottery making, and waste incineration


Measuring principle


The optical part includes laser light source, power control, photoelectric sensing, and scattered light receiving part. The 650nm beam emitted by the laser enters the emission source at a small angle, and the laser beam interacts with smoke particles to produce scattered light. The backscattered light enters the sensor through the receiving system and is converted into an electrical signal for processing The circuit part realizes photoelectric conversion, modulation of laser beam, signal amplification, demodulation, power control of light source, V/I conversion, and HMI display functions. Calibrators are used to generate stable optical signals and perform zero and range calibration on instruments.

Technical Features

Adopting the principle of laser backscatter, it is not afraid of beam oscillation caused by mechanical vibration of the flue and uneven refractive index due to uneven flue gas temperature.
Single end installation, no need for optical alignment.
● It has on-site display function and can directly read the dust concentration on site.
After modulation, the laser beam greatly improves the anti-interference ability of the system.
The instrument design follows the concept of "tool free" on-site installation, minimizing the complexity of on-site installation to the greatest extent possible.
Adopting standard (4-20) mA industrial standard current output, easy to connect.
The overall power consumption of the instrument is very low, about 30000 watts.
The general standard setting parameters can be applied to flue wall thickness less than 400mm, flue diameter greater than the instrument nameplate indication, and the measurement area size can be customized under special requirements Users can also make adjustments with the recognition and guidance of maintenance personnel
