The MF30 fluorescence microscope is also an epifluorescence microscope,Suitable for fluorescence microscopy and transmission bright field observation. Adopting an infinite far-field achromatic objective lens and a large field eyepiece, the optical system has clear imaging and a wide field of view, making it an ideal instrument for research in biology, cytology, oncology, genetics, immunology, and other fields. It can be used in universities, research institutes, and laboratories of enterprises and institutions.
The optical system used in the fluorescence microscope MF30
The MF30 fluorescence microscope adopts an infinite distance correction optical system, which not only ensures excellent resolution and clarity, but also increases system flexibility.
Fluorescence microscope MF30 lens body
Adopting a mirror body design that is aesthetically pleasing, easy to operate, and conforms to ergonomics. The base of the mirror body is relatively small, allowing the operator to operate in a comfortable and natural posture, and the frequently used main operating devices are arranged in more concentrated areas, thereby reducing the operator's fatigue. Easy to operate coarse and fine coaxial focusing mechanism, with adjustable coarse and fine adjustment knob, allowing anyone to operate with the most comfortable touch.
Observation system
Hinged observation tube: binocular observation tube, adjustable single view, tube tilted at 30 °, comfortable and beautiful. Three eye observation tube, can be connected to a camera device.
Eyepiece: WF10X large field flat field eyepiece, with a field of view range of 20mm, providing a wide and flat observation space.
Falling fluorescent lighting system
Rotary table fluorescence observation device: provides four types of fluorescence excitation groups: UV, V, B, and G. The rotary table structure enables rapid switching between different fluorescence excitation groups to achieve the desired state. Mercury lamp lighting device: The 100W mercury lamp provides sufficient illumination for fluorescence observation. Built in variable field of view aperture: can effectively control the field of view range, and the center of the field of view aperture is adjustable.
Transmissive lighting system
Built in halogen lamp lighting device: using 6V 20W halogen lamp lighting (adjustable brightness), it is not only suitable for the usual bright field observation method, but also for phase contrast observation method, and can observe clear microscopic observation images. Collector: A collector with a field of view light barrier.
Function Expansion
By configuring phase contrast observation accessories and camera observation accessories, multiple observation methods can be expanded to meet the needs of different research work.
