1. Tower section, container, storage tank (HF04-1)
(1) Our factory has three mature processes: isobaric method, hot melt welding method, and PTFE spraying method. We can produce F4 anti-corrosion equipment with lining of any specification according to the user's drawing requirements. There is no limit to vertical or horizontal, and branch pipes can be opened at any position with a length of 100mm;
(2) The thickness of lining F4 is generally 2-10mm, which can be selected arbitrarily;
(3) The upper and lower heads can be lined separately from the cylinder, or they can be lined as a whole. The depth of the elliptical head is one sixth of the diameter;
(4) The inner wall of the equipment steel shell should be flat and smooth, with a flange edge radius R of 6-10mm, and a branch pipe and flange edge radius R of 3-5mm;
(5) Scrapped old enamel pots can also be repaired and lined with F4 for reuse;
(6) Inspection standard: Use an electric spark flaw detector for detection, with a detection voltage of 25KV and a frequency of 1.9 * 106 Hz. The surface movement speed of probe F4 should not exceed 50mm/Sec to ensure that the qualified product is not penetrated.
2. Tube type polytetrafluoroethylene heat exchanger (HF04-2)
The tubular polytetrafluoroethylene heat exchanger is suitable for heat exchange of various highly corrosive media under the conditions of -50 ℃ -250 ℃ and working pressure<=0.4MPa. The heat transfer coefficient is between 200-230KCLL/m2n ℃. Its characteristics include long service life, low scaling, light weight, small volume, not afraid of vibration, easy transportation and installation, and specifications of 2-150m2.

3. Coil heat exchanger (HF04-3)
The coil with a specification of less than 10 ^ -48100m can be formed in one go without joints, ensuring reliable quality.
