The lined pipes are divided into two categories: positive pressure and negative pressure. The F4 lining material is formed as a steel jacket, with F4 flanges and standard flanges on both sides for easy installation.
*Classification, structural features, and application scope
Category 1: PTFE lined straight pipes and pipe fittings
Commonly known as loose lining tube. This process uses PTFE rod turning to form a thin film, which is then wound and sintered into shape. Suitable for conveying pipelines under normal pressure and positive pressure (such as waste treatment pipelines), not suitable for pipelines with loads (such as pump inlet and outlet, and pipelines that can generate negative pressure due to drop or sudden cooling).

Operating temperature: -40-180oC
Operating pressure: 1.6MPa
Category 2: PTFE tight lined straight pipes and pipe fittings
Commonly known as inner wrapped steel wire tight lining tube.
Manufacturing process: First, several layers of PTFE film are wrapped around the mold, then steel wire (Ø 0.5-1mm) is spiral wrapped around the PTFE film, and then several layers of PTFE film are wrapped around the steel wire. Finally, it is placed in the furnace and wound into shape. The PTFE lined pipe made by this process has a smooth inner wall, and the outer wall forms a spiral line ripple due to the volume of the steel wire and its external elastic force. Insert it into the steel pipe and fill the gap between the outer wall of the PTFE lined pipe and the inner wall of the steel pipe with filling resin (without residual air). This filling resin can tightly bond with steel pipes. At the same time, it can tightly wrap around the outer wall of the spiral PTFE lining tube. After the resin is filled and cured, a spiral ripple is formed that meshes with the outer wall ripple of the lining. This structure is similar to the combination of nuts and bolts. On the one hand, it can effectively limit and compensate for the thermal expansion and contraction of PTFE lining; On the other hand, the use of steel wire stiffness significantly improves the negative pressure resistance of PTFE lining.

Category 3: PTFE Push (Squeeze) Pipe Tightly Lined Straight Pipe
Commonly known as push (squeeze) lining straight pipe, it is a pipeline widely used in developed countries in the 1990s.
Manufacturing process: Firstly, imported PTFE powder is used to push (squeeze) and press it into a pipe, and then it is forcibly pulled into a seamless steel pipe (the outer diameter of the lining pipe is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the steel pipe by 1.5-2mm) to form a seamless tight lining. To relieve pressure, it is placed in a furnace and heated to 180oC for constant temperature treatment, making it suitable for use at temperatures below 180oC. Meanwhile, the axial tensile strength of the push (squeeze) tube is significantly better than that of the wrapped tube. This pipeline has ideal resistance to positive and negative pressure.
