Maintenance and repair procedures for formaldehyde split vortex flowmeter:
1. The components are complete and meet the technical requirements, namely:
(1) The nameplate should be clear and accurate;
(2) The components should be intact, complete, and standardized;
(3) Fasteners must not be loose;
(4) The connector should have good contact;
(5) The terminal wiring should be secure;
(6) Adjustable parts should be in adjustable positions;
(7) The seal should have no leakage.
2. Running normally and meeting the usage requirements, namely:
(1) During operation, the instrument should meet the specified performance indicators;
(2) Under normal operating conditions, the instrument reading should be between 20% and 80% of the full range;
3. The equipment and environment are neat, clean, and meet the job requirements, namely:
(1) The whole machine should be clean, free of rust, and the paint layer should be smooth, shiny, and not peeling off;
(2) Instrument pipelines and wiring should be laid neatly and fixed for installation;
(3) There should be permanent markings indicating the direction of fluid flow in prominent areas of the instrument casing;
(4) The numbering of pipelines and lines should be complete, clear, and accurate.
4. The technical documentation is complete, accurate, and meets management requirements, namely:
(1) The instruction manual, certificate of conformity, and factory inspection certificate should be complete;
(2) The operation records, fault handling records, calibration records, and component replacement records should be clear and accurate;
(3) The system schematic and wiring diagram should be complete and accurate;
(4) The instrument constants and their change records should be complete and accurate;
(5) Explosion proof instrument manufacturers must have an explosion-proof qualification certificate issued by an explosion-proof appraisal agency;
(6) There should be a complete record of the setting (or programming) data for the accumulator.
Fault analysis and handling measures of formaldehyde split vortex flowmeter:
1、 Formaldehyde split vortex flowmeter has medium flow in the pipeline but no signal output or instantaneous flow rate display
Firstly, check if the circuit wiring and power supply voltage are correct;
2. Confirm that there is indeed flow in the pipeline, and it is greater than the lower limit of measurable flow;
3. Check if the setting of the small flow cutoff value is too large;
If the circuit wiring and power supply voltage are correct, adjust the sensitivity potentiometer and amplification potentiometer clockwise to the bottom. If the traffic still does not display and the accumulated amount remains unchanged, it indicates that there is a problem with the circuit board, and the amplifier board needs to be replaced; If there is a signal output, it should be checked whether the flow rate of the medium in the pipeline exceeds the measurable flow range of the vortex flow sensor; If the medium flow rate is within the measurable range, it indicates that the sensitivity of the sensor head is too low and needs to be readjusted;
5. Check the quality of the sensor. Remove the two leads of the sensing head from the amplification board, and use a multimeter to measure the resistance between the two leads of the sensing head and the resistance of the two leads of the sensing head to the housing. Both should be greater than 2M Ω, otherwise the sensing head needs to be replaced;
If there is no problem with the sensor, check whether the pressure transmitter and platinum resistance thermometer are damaged. If there are no problems, it can be determined that the intelligent flow integrator is damaged.
2、 Formaldehyde split vortex flowmeter has signal output or instantaneous flow display without medium flow in the pipeline
Firstly, confirm that there is no medium flow or disturbance in the pipeline, and check whether the vibration intensity of the pipeline is too high. If the vibration is too high, please use the following method to reduce it: install a pipeline support point at 2D downstream of the flowmeter; On the premise of meeting the requirements for straight pipes, install excessive hoses;
2. Adjust the sensitivity potentiometer counterclockwise until there is no signal output or the instantaneous flow rate returns to zero. When adjusting the potentiometer, try to adjust it slowly, pause for more than 10 seconds every 5 degrees to observe whether the output returns to zero.
