Performance characteristics:

Three beam and four column structure, economical and practical. The hydraulic control adopts an integrated system of integral plug-in valves, reducing leakage points, ensuring smooth operation and long service life. It can achieve two molding processes of fixed pressure and fixed distance, with pressure holding delay function and adjustable delay time. The work pressure and travel can be adjusted within the specified range. Adopting button centralized control, it has three operation modes: adjustment, manual, and semi-automatic.
Applicable fields:Suitable for various stamping processes such as stretching, punching (with optional punching buffer devices), bending, flanging, cold extrusion, etc. of metal materials, as well as compression molding of straightening, pressing, powder products, abrasive products, plastic products, and insulation materials.
