Four head linear liquid filling equipment

The RG4T-4G linear liquid filling machine with four heads is an improved design based on similar foreign products. It can fill different liquid products and is widely used in various industries such as daily chemical, oil and fat. This model is compact and reasonable in design, with an indirectly beautiful appearance. It has added some additional functions on the basis of the original design, making it simpler and more convenient in terms of operation, accuracy error, installation adjustment, equipment cleaning, and maintenance.

1) The machine has four filling heads, driven by four cylinders, for faster and more accurate filling of materials;
2) Using pneumatic components from FESTO in Germany, AirTac in Taiwan, and electronic control components from Delta in Taiwan, the performance is stable;
3) Adopting South Korean optical eye device, Taiwanese PLC, touch screen, frequency converter, and French electrical components;
4) The material contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel material;
5) Convenient adjustment, no bottle filling, accurate filling volume, and counting function;
6) Adopting anti drip and wire drawing filling plugs, anti high foam product filling lifting system, positioning system to ensure bottle mouth positioning, and liquid level control system.
